Ingredients
Salt
4 eggs
3 cups bean sprouts
6 oz PadThai rice noodles
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 / 4 cup fish sauce ***
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup green onions cut into 1 inch pieces
2 / 3 cup chopped nuts

(It 's better to cut and rub the ingredients before you start)

4-6 persons

*** There are no substitutes for fish sauce, may bebought at a local shop. I usually do mine at Meijers in the traditional program. Do not let the sauce of oysters and clams again, but a strong fish sauce.

Steps

1.Boil water in the pot and bean sprouts in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then remove, bean sprouts and drain well. Go to the page.

2.When the water returns to boil, then add the noodles. Let the dough for 3-5 minutes or until tender but firm to cook, drain and coolWater.

3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and a pinch of salt.

4. In another small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, ketchup, brown sugar, fish sauce and a bowl. Set aside for later use.

5. Heat the peanut oil in a wok / large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for a few seconds. Then add the red pepper and grated carrots. Boil for one minute, then remove.

6.Again, add a little 'peanut oil in a wok / large frying pan.Add the beaten egg and carefully climb.

7. When the eggs are set, the mixture of sauce, carrots, bean sprouts, pasta, pour the peanuts and scallions and mix together.

8. Serve hot.

9. For more flavor, add lemon juice before serving on each plate.
